It's to Mana intensive to see more than 1-2 cards in a deck.
Can anyone explain what's keeping this card so low? I know storm doesn't see as much play in paper as modo, but I know it's still popular.
False. Modern storm runs 3-4. Modern is not in season so there isn't a ton of demand for it right now. I feel that this card is a great long term hold with good upside potential.
